Fast Top SEO provides SEO, digital marketing, WordPress website development, web development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions. Service deliverables, timelines and scope are defined in individual proposals or order confirmations.
3. Payments & Invoicing
All services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Invoices are automatically generated and available in your client dashboard.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and required access (analytics, hosting, etc.) so we can deliver results.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables (code, designs, content) become the client's property. We retain rights to underlying frameworks, methodologies, and internal tools.
6. SEO Disclaimer
SEO results depend on factors beyond our control (search algorithms, competition). We do not guarantee specific rankings, but commit to industry best practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Top SEO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding work and invoices remain due.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
